Hoe verlaagt Custos mijn AI-rekening eigenlijk?+
Custos reads every incoming business email — quote requests, orders, invoice questions — looks up the real answer in your systems, takes the action needed, and replies. Emails that need human judgement are routed to your team with the full context attached.
Ons team is klein. Is dit niet overdreven?+
Nee. De Custos Methode werkt vanaf een klein team. De gedeelde prompt-bibliotheek betekent dat zodra één persoon een goede prompt vindt, het hele team 'm gebruikt. Vanaf 5 gebruikers betalen de besparingen op AI-tokens het abonnement doorgaans al terug.
Wat als mijn team de methode niet volgt?+
De methode is geen proceshandleiding — het is de interface. Elke keer dat iemand Custos opent om AI te gebruiken, zijn de stappen er al: kies een project, bekijk de kosten, stuur. Er is niets extra's te leren. De gedeelde promptbibliotheek is het dichtste bij training dat je team nodig heeft, en het werkt de eerste keer dat iemand op 'gebruik deze prompt' klikt.
Waar gaan de bedrijfsgegevens naartoe?+
Nergens buiten de EU. Alle gesprekken worden opgeslagen in Frankfurt en Amsterdam, versleuteld in rust (AES-256) en nooit gebruikt om een AI-model te trainen. Je krijgt ook een ondertekende Verwerkersovereenkomst (VOK) en een openbare lijst van sub-verwerkers. Je accountant en je functionaris voor gegevensbescherming zitten er allebei goed mee.
Moet ik mijn eigen API-sleutels meenemen (BYOK)?+
Ja — en dat is het punt. Je koppelt je eigen OpenAI-, Anthropic-, Google- of Mistral-keys. Custos rekent nooit marge op AI-gebruik; je betaalt de providers direct. Custos rekent alleen voor het platform: €99/maand voor de workspace incl. 5 seats.
Wat gebeurt er als mijn team de budgetlimiet bereikt?+
Custos stopt het verzoek voordat het bij de provider aankomt. Geen overschrijding, geen onverwachte rekening. Gebruikers krijgen meldingen bij 50% en 80% van hun maandbudget, en bij 100% worden verzoeken geblokkeerd. Het plafond wordt in code gehandhaafd, niet in beleid — stel je €100 in, dan geef je maximaal €100 uit.
